| Comments: | Clearly a lot of work went into your site and you should be very proud of your efforts! Very nicely done. It's even more interesting than the nigerian scam, a scam letter from West Africa, advance fee fraud, scambaiting, guyman, mugu, or even a mgbada. Thanks and please keep it up! |

| Comments: | I enjoy the site and the article by John Kelly and James Brown in the Cahokian. A woman job applicant in the Anthropology department at SIUE used as her talk to the deartment the Louisiana basket makers that the Kellys, Suzanne Kutterer-Siburt and I visited. |

| Comments: | 6-17-01 I have known about Cahokia for a long time. But I was reading in Popular Science, May 2001 issue, about some of the recent developments at Cahokia. My attention was attracted to pp.70-71, where an artist's sketch shows a palisaded enclosure around the main temple complex. Such wooden works of defense involving large mound builder complexs may have been much more common than archaeology has thus far revealed. |
